Whether creating a will for the first time, or updating your will after a change in the family, such as a marriage or birth of a child, the will making process marks an important milestone in your life.

While the subject of death can be uncomfortable, the creation of a will can be a positive experience wherein you reflect on your relationships and make informed decisions about the future care of your loved ones.

My aim is to guide your through the process by clearly explaining the relevant considerations, providing you with time and insight to make those decisions, and to commit your wishes to paper according to the formal requirements of a valid will in Ontario.

As part of creating your will, I will also include Powers of Attorney over your Personal Care and Property – documents necessary for your loved ones to make decisions about your assets and healthcare in the event that you are unable to do so yourself.
